For one-off video projects, we require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For retainer-based engagements, we offer monthly invoicing with payment due within 30 days. All terms are clearly outlined in your contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, ACH bank transfer, and check. All transactions are securely processed, and payment details are accessible through your client dashboard.
How is ROAS measured for my campaigns?
We measure ROAS by tracking the revenue generated from your campaign against total campaign cost. We collaborate with you to define KPIs such as sales, leads, or engagement metrics. Using analytics tools and platform-specific data, we provide detailed reports to demonstrate impact and optimize future performance.
Will I receive billing statements?
Yes, all clients receive detailed billing statements accessible through our secure client dashboard. Statements include a breakdown of services, costs, and payment status. You’ll receive notifications when new statements are available. For setup assistance, call 833-OPEN-JAR.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. You’ll be responsible for work in progress at the time of cancellation. We’ll provide a detailed invoice reflecting completed work, and unused prepaid services may be eligible for a prorated refund per your contract terms.
